RETURN POLICY:

Returns will be accepted with prior approval dependent on the nature of the product; the condition of the product MUST be in brand new, re-sellable condition with no markings on the product itself and in its original package, unopened and unused. If product is returned without set policy, the product will be shipped back to the buyer and the shipping costs will be charged to buyer.

All OEM electrical parts are not returnable, NO EXCEPTIONS.

NISMO S-Tune parts are returnable under the return policy guidelines.  NISMO R-Tune parts are non returnable.

All special order parts; aftermarket or OEM, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The cost of shipping will only be refunded at the discretion of FactoryNissanParts.com.

FactoryNissanParts.com is not responsible for any duty fees or taxes on international shipping returns when product is sent back to buyer due to failure of following FactoryNissanParts.com policies.

Damaged products must be inspected and reported immediately with proof; I.E, digital picture sent via e-mail. FactoryNissanParts.com must receive proof of damaged product in a timely manner (5 Days) to proceed with proper action. All damage claims must be filed with the shipping company. All refunds are posted as within 24-48 hours product arrives back to FactoryNissanParts.com. Refund transactions may take 3-10 business days to post to buyers financial account depending on your institution, it does not post immediately. All returns must be authorized by a FactoryNissanParts.com staff, a return number will be issued for the return and the return number must be marked on the original sales invoice (not on product) to be accepted. Any product that is returned without a return number will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. Any shortages must be reported to FactoryNissanParts.com within 48 hours of receipt of product.

NISSAN MOTORSPORTS:

All special order parts from Nissan Motorsports must be paid in full before ordering. Special order parts that are ordered from Nissan Motorsports generally take 7-14 business days. Once order is placed it can not be canceled for any reason. Once buyer receives Nissan Motorsports part, the sale will be final and will not be allowed to be returned for any reason whatsoever. All damage claims must be filed with the shipping company. Most items offered on the website are in stock, but we advise all buyers to contact us to check availability on items to avoid any discrepancies with orders. Any part that is not in stock has a GENERAL turn around time of being received by FactoryNissanParts.com direct from the manufacturer within 7-10 business days.
